A nearly forgotten recipe, brought back to life

In 2021, an old family member captured a remarkable moment: a photo of the original ingredients of our family recipe — the very foundation of what would later become Hot Apple Gin. Until that moment, the recipe had been unknown, even within the family. Had it not been documented then, it might have been lost forever.

What followed was a long journey. We tasted, experimented, blended and refined. With patience and dedication, we eventually managed to recreate the authentic flavour of the past. For years, it remained an exclusive family drink, served only during winter gatherings.

Encouraged by friends and family, we decided it was time to share the recipe beyond our own circle.

What stayed hidden for so long, we now bring to the world with pride. With Hot Apple Gin, we revive a piece of family history — and share it globally, one glass at a time.
